Morning Get-up: Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted Strawberries

Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted StrawberriesWhat is a day without filling it with 3 delicious meals to base it around?

Breaky is what gets me up in the morning (not the fact that I need to go to school…)

Lunch is what gets me through those long mornings, dreaming of that delicious sandwich waiting for me in the fridge.

Dinner is what has the power to make our break the day. It seals the deal & just puts a cherry on top of the metaphorical sundae of a day, if ya know what I mean…

Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted Strawberries{that’s a whole lotta strawberry for a whole lotta goodness}

And as they always say: ‘Breakfast is the most important meal of the day’ which is something I’ll definitely ‘haaala’ to.

But you know some days, tiredness can really hinder our will to make ourselves a delicious breaky every morning, but with these little bad boys chillin in your fridge from being whipped up the night before, you will be jumping out of your bed (on the right side I hope 😛 ) and starting off the day right – get excited!
Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted StrawberriesThe sweetness of the maple matches perfectly with the subtle spice from the cinnamon and goes simply swimmingly with the delicate vanilla flavour – ready to pour that strawberry syrupy goodness onto your morning yoghurt, pancakes, toast – let your imagination run wild!

Spoons, strawberries and ‘morning you’ at the ready?!

Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted Strawberries4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week (if it lasts that long…)

Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted Strawberries{Mornings don’t get much better than this…}

Maple, Cinnamon & Vanilla Bean Roasted StrawberriesI know I said I wouldn’t be blogging for a while cause of study…. but really.. i gotta be honest – this was too good to keep to myself! After all, it sure gets me out of bed in the morning!

  1. Wow, this looks so yummy. I’m not a morning person, and generally forgo a good breakfast due to time constraints. Ya know, the quick chai latte guzzled during the frantic morning commute. But this might just make me a breakfast person. Thanks for sharing!

    • thanks April! 😀
      i understand the chai latte – totally with you there!
      yay! its so quick and easy + delicious – everything girl could want in a breaky 😛
      enjoy my friend! 🙂

  2. Yuuuuummmmmmmm. That says it all. I was such a horrible procrastinator during exam study, I always had a very clean house and very clean study sheets of paper, haha. Pretty sure this strawberry breakfast would’ve been study fuel though, and like you said, it’s community service to share it with us. Too good to selfishly leave unposted 😉 xx

    • you said it Laura! i just had too 😛
