Strawberry Banana Bread with a Coconut Crumble

150g butter
1 1/2 cups caster sugar
3 mashed ripe bananas
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
250g strawberries, quartered
1/2 cup milk

Crumble:
1 tablespoon plain flour
1/4 brown sugar
1/3 oats
20g butter, melted
2 1/2 tablespoons shredded coconut

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160C. Cream butter and sugar.Creamed sugar and butter2. Blend together mashed bananas. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.mashed bananavanilla essence and beaten egg3. 5. For the crumble: combine all ingredients and mix to combine, then sprinkle on top of the strawberry and banana bread mixture

6. Then whack this bad boy in the oven for around 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a skewer in middle comes out clean – then your done and ready to enjoy!! :)
