1 tablespoon plain flour
1/4 brown sugar
20g butter, melted
2 1/2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1. Preheat oven to 160C. Cream butter and sugar.2. Blend together mashed bananas. Add beaten eggs and vanilla.3. Fold in sifted dry ingredients and strawberries then milk.4. Pour batter into a lined bread loaf tin
5. For the crumble: combine all ingredients and mix to combine, then sprinkle on top of the strawberry and banana bread mixture
6. Then whack this bad boy in the oven for around 1 hour and 15 minutes or until a skewer in middle comes out clean – then your done and ready to enjoy!!
